Gem State AVS provides professional audio visual installation, smart home automation, home theater design and installation, whole-home audio systems, security and surveillance systems, and related services throughout the Treasure Valley and surrounding areas of Idaho.
All quotes and estimates provided by Gem State AVS are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Quotes are based on the information provided and site conditions at the time of assessment. Additional charges may apply if site conditions differ from those assessed or if project scope changes.
Payment terms will be specified in your project proposal. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Gem State AVS provides a workmanship warranty on all installations. The duration and terms of this warranty will be specified in your project documentation. Equipment warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers and are passed through to the customer.
Gem State AVS is licensed, bonded, and insured. Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted services. We are not responsible for damage to existing infrastructure that was not disclosed prior to work beginning or for issues arising from customer-provided equipment.
Cancellation policies vary by project type and will be specified in your proposal. Generally, cancellations made after work has begun may be subject to charges for work completed and materials ordered.
All content on the Gem State AVS website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Gem State AVS and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
